  The tech that comes to our home always makes sure to a very detailed visit. He is always available for me to communicate with if there is a new problem to arise before the next scheduled visit. He's considerate of our children pets and livestock and never has made me feel incompetent when I come up with a crazy bug question. He calls before his visit to the home, asks about any new proble.s or concerns and give a verbal report when the job is complete.

  I find Terminix personnel to be friendly and thorough. We have used Terminix services for many years and we wouldn't think of changing. Everything about this company is great.
